Faculty Success Program Support

The Education Research Initiative (ERI) is excited to offer scholarships for the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity’s Faculty Success Program (FSP). FSP provides a structured program aimed to help faculty develop productivity both professionally and personally. You are put into a small group with other faculty from across the country and a coach guides you through the 12 week program. 

As this program focuses on research productivity, the ERI will support faculty who are looking to develop their own education research productivity, including working on developing a grant idea, designing a research study, and working on a manuscript.

The ERI will offer two options for supporting a limited number of faculty who are working on education research:

  1. $500 towards tuition costs for the FSP program for individuals supported by the ADVANCE office’s discounted tuition program (see more details here)
  2. $1,200 toward tuition costs for the FSP program for any faculty not being supported by the ADVANCE program
